Abe’s Inspiration
The idea behind the creation of Abe’s Hideout draws heavy inspiration from classic American taverns – a traditional place to drink beer and eat good food.
Stuart Conn, Owner and Executive Chef, cooking takes us on a journey for his passion for developing flavors. Using seasonal ingredients and farmers markets coupled with modern culinary techniques, he creates dishes that cater to the Midwest cuisine, but that is not all.
He also incorporates several creative pasta and seafood dishes, challenging the traditional Midwest cuisine with exotic flavors that can’t be matched.

We have ribeye, ribs, and catfish: staples in the Midwestern cuisine, but that is not all!
We boast about our homemade Alfredo sauce, giving you a little taste of Italy. We also offer more traditional entrees like burgers and fried chicken.
